Christina Aguilera shows off slim figure in tiny hotpants to create Erewhon smoothie as she rings in 45th birthday

Christina Aguilera flaunted her figure in an eye-catching look as she created her own holiday smoothie in collaboration with the upscale grocery chain Erewhon this week. 

The Genie In A Bottle songstress - who recently shocked fans with her age-defying appearance - jumped to her Instagram page on Wednesday to offer a glimpse at her Favorite Things smoothie, which is priced at $20. 

It comes as the performer - who has been showcasing her 50lb weight loss - also officially celebrated her 45th birthday on December 18. 

Aguilera uploaded a series of snaps and clips as she mixed ingredients together to make the tasty drink such as oat milk, organic coconut water, holiday raspberry sauce, organic dates and organic chia. 

The star glammed up in festive attire during her visit to one of the Erewhon stores and wore a pair of tiny burgundy hotpants secured with a thin black belt around her slim waistline. 

She additionally donned a dazzling, long-sleeved shirt as well as sheer red tights and knee-high black boots. 

Her platinum blonde locks were partially pulled back away from her face while two red ribbons were placed on each side of her head. 

Aguilera opted for minimal accessories to allow her outfit to be the main focal point, and added a pair of flashy gold earrings. 

The singer's makeup comprised of a layer of mascara to her voluminous lashes as well as a light shadow around her eyes. 

A pink blush and highlighter was added to her cheeks for a radiant glow while a nude-colored, darker glossy tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch. 

In some images, the Beautiful hitmaker layered her ensemble with a brown and white-colored fuzzy jacket to help her stay warm. 

The star had the chance to make her own smoothie by mixing ingredients together inside a blender. She then covered the interior of a cup with raspberry sauce before pouring the smoothie inside and giving it a taste. 

Aguilera spilled a little of the smoothie onto the silver countertop and then joked, 'It's that good.' 

Another reel included in the post filmed the performer grooving to Christmas tunes playing in the background. 

While pointing to the ingredients placed in front of her, she added, 'I'm such a chef. Look at me, all my ingredients.' 

She later paused for photos while holding the holiday-themed smoothie - which is now available at Erewhon with the festive season in full swing. 

'I had such a blast creating my Favorite Things smoothie!!!' Aguilera penned in the caption of her Instagram carousel. 

'Loved getting to know the team @erewhon, creating some Christmas magic in the kitchen and spreading a little JOY during my favorite time of the year. Can't wait for all of you to try it!' 

The Favorite Things smoothie can be purchased for $20 and also contains Biosil Collagen, Erewhon A2 vanilla whey protein, organic banana, organic almond butter, organic maple, organic lucuma and organic tocotrenol. 

Erewhon also shared a post to its own Instagram account and described the smoothie as 'a romantic blend of creamy Vanilla and Almond, finished with a ribbon of jammy Holiday Raspberry Sauce.' 

The drink created by Aguilera also 'proudly supports The National Domestic Violence Hotline.

'An emergency hotline service, NDVH provides essential tools and support to help survivors of domestic violence so they can live their lives free of abuse. Their mission is to support and shift power back to those affected by relationship abuse.' 

Aguilera has been showing off her incredible transformation and shocked fans with her youthful appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show earlier this month. 

While strutting through the famous Spirit Tunnel backstage, she sported a look that was reminiscent of her 2001 Lady Marmalade music video.

The star has previously sparked Ozempic rumors in the past, and commented on the 'media's obsession' with her weight over the years during an interview with Glamour last year in August.

'When you're a teenager, you have a very different body than when you're in your 20s,' she told the outlet. 

'I started to fill out, and then that was unacceptable because it was like, "Oh, she's getting thicker." Then I had industry people: "They liked your body and how you were as a skinny teenager."'

However, as she has grown older Aguilera revealed that she does not let comments about her weight affect her.

'I have a maturity now where I just don't give a f*** about your opinion. I'm not going to take it on.'

The mother-of-two added, 'It must be your responsibility to take up your space. Other people's opinions of me are not my business.' 

And on New Year's Eve late last year, she also expressed that 'no one deserves an explanation' amid comments geared towards her body. 

'This year, doing something a little different,' she penned to her fans. 'This is a reminder to everyone that you are your OWN STORYTELLER in your OWN LIFE.

'No one else can dictate who you are. No one deserves an explanation. I am evolved enough to know that nothing comes easy and no one is perfect. Everyone will judge you. No matter WHAT you do. And/ or what you don't do...' 

Along with her Erewhon smoothie, Aguilera is further jumping into the festive season with her Christmas In Paris special which is set to air on CBS later this month on December 22, per Deadline. 

She belted out both holiday tunes and some of her own hit tracks with the Eiffel Tower in the background while special guests such as Sheila E. and Yseult made an appearance. 

The star has since dropped her Christmas In Paris live album - while the special has also hit theaters for fans. 

One showing took place on December 14 while a second is set to premiere on the big screen on December 21. 

Aguilera has also hinted at new music being on the way during her visit to The Jennifer Hudson Show last week. 

'It's been, you know, I do take a minute. But it's to really be thoughtful with what I put out. I'm not someone that's just like, "Oh, let me just keep pumping it out." Integrity really maters to me.'

She added, 'I'm a message girl and I really like to absorb what's happening in the world, things that are really moving me and affecting people, to really put thought into it. 

'And it's going to be a really personal project coming up. It'll tie in with a very personal documentary that we've been filming for the last few years.'
