Ash Trevino was arrested in the state of Texas on Wednesday for having outstanding warrants.
The 36-year-old media personality - whose full name is Ashley Lopez-Trevino - was booked into Ellis County Jail but later released on a $15,000 bond, per People.
Police chief James Groom of the Venus Police Department told the outlet that the controversial influencer had 'active felony warrants out of the Ellis County Sheriff's Office' - although details of those warrants are not yet known.
Trevino was met by a patrol officer in her own front yard on Wednesday around 7:50pm and was then taken into custody 'without incident,' Groom also told People.
The media star - who boasts over 400,000 followers on Snapchat alone - soon did a livestream to update her fans.
'I got me an attorney already and I got my bond,' Trevino said in a portion of the stream that was uploaded to TikTok by a fan. 'This morning, I'm already out. So, I'm blessed.'

She then gave insight to her upcoming plans to visit a casino 'next week.'
In a separate recording of the livestream, Trevino also referenced to her mugshot that was taken following the arrest.
'How did you like my mugshot though? I was trying not to smile,' she explained. 'But yeah, like they can't hold me down like what the f***?
'Like haters are going to pray on my downfall and watch, watch. I'mma fight this, watch,' the media personality continued while sitting inside a vehicle.
'I'm out!' she then exclaimed while grooving to upbeat music on the radio.
While laughing, Trevino added, 'I was locked up! I still ain't got my jewelry on, handcuffs gone bruising me. You should have seen me, I looked cute in those handcuffs.'
The influencer continued while fixing her lashes, 'I date inmates, I don't become an inmate. Now, I'm an inmate.'
Trevino is known for her controversial parenting style and how she prefers to date inmates.

Earlier this year in February, the influencer notably sparked up a bitter row with podcast host and OnlyFans model Camilla Araujo.
During the interview, Trevino revealed she refused to buy her daughters, aged 15, and 12, beds - despite spending a fortune on designer clothes and accessories.
The content creator was shocked to learn that the girls slept on mattresses - while their mother splashed out on a Louis Vuitton bag for herself.
During the episode, it was revealed the two girls live with their grandparents most of the time - but when they do visit their mother, they are forced to sleep on blow-up beds.
The admission left Araujo so shocked, she offered to buy the two girls a bed each for when they spend the night at Trevino's home.
During the podcast, the OnlyFans model asked the children if they have beds and they responded that they didn't.
Araujo then said, 'I'm going to give you money. I want a bed, mattresses, two of them, a headboard and two nightstands. I'm going to order that before you leave this house today.'
She then turned to the mother-of-two and confronted her over why her daughters didn't have proper beds.

Trevino claimed that she was unable to go furniture shopping because she is constantly recognized in public.
She explained instead she was planning for her mother, the girls' grandmother, to go out shopping on her behalf.
Trevino said, 'My mom was actually going to look at a furniture store because I don't go anywhere publicly at all. If I go out, I'm going to get noticed. If I don't have my security guard I'm not going anywhere.
'My dad told my mom to go to a furniture store and I'd give them my card info because I have money, but she never did that and she doesn't stay with me.'
The Snapchat star added, 'I'm about to move because everything is just getting crazy and I don't have a guy to come build it.'
Araujo then offered to pay, 'I'll pay for it. You'll have two mattresses and a room makeover. Insert the receipt from IKEA. I'll let you pick it out.'
Trevino responded, 'Thank you. At my mom's house, they have a bed.'
But after the podcast clip went viral, relations appear to have soured between the pair, who locked in a feud which saw the OnlyFans star hurl insults at the mother-of-two on social media.

Hitting back at the model, Trevino branded her a 'clout chaser' and accused her of making her look like a bad mother.
She has also criticized the Bop House in Florida, where Araujo lives with seven other models.
Taking to social media, Araujo said, 'Ash has been going live talking about the Bop House 24/7, while also saying that I'm clout chasing even though I am yet to address anything about Ash in a video since the podcast.
'That woman's life is like a car that keeps crashing. She refuses to let me pay for her daughter's beds but won't even buy them herself.'
